Founded in July 1987
Tradition and local flavor
Located on Avenida Marítima in Playa Blanca, in the municipality of Yaiza, Lanzarote, we offer a wide variety of international, national, and of course, local cuisine. Founded in July 1987, this establishment was built on the walls of an old fishermen’s house.
Since 1987, the restaurant has been led by Juan “El Majorero,” as he is affectionately known in the area. His determination and dedication have made this establishment one of the most visited, both by residents of Lanzarote and by loyal tourists who return year after year to enjoy the island’s sunsets from its magnificent terrace.

Germán Blanco
The current executive chef of Brisa Marina Restaurant, Germán Blanco, was one of the pioneers in introducing new ingredients to Lanzarote’s gastronomy, blending local products with international cuisine.
- At Brisa Marina, we specialize in seafood cuisine with rice dishes and a wide variety of fish. I bring a slightly more refined style of cooking, but always respecting the ingredients and Juan’s philosophy.
